The house was built out  of brick in 1987, heating is provided by a gas boiler and a tile stove, the windows and doors are made of thermal insulated plastic and wood with shutters, the yard is tidy, grassy and planted with fruit trees. A bathroom can be created in the attic, a plumbing system is installed, but it currently functions as a sewing room. The property is located on an asphalt street, in a quiet area, close to a school, kindergarden, and a doctor’s office.
